Here to provide gentle support for women and teens experiencing anxiety, struggling to set boundaries, and seeking personal growth.

Together we can explore how to manage symptoms while navigating the many twists and turns of life.

My approach

Daily we are faced with the pressure to abide by societal standards that are unrealistic and harmful. Paired with the pain that can come from difficult life changes such as divorce, illness or death of a loved one, abuse, unhealthy relationships, etc., our lives can feel out of our control. So… in our sessions, you get to take control.

As a person-centered therapist, it is my goal to help find what interventions work best for you. Sometimes that means that we focus on coping strategies and how to challenge negative thoughts. Sometimes that means we talk about the passive aggressive text you received from your coworker. There are many pathways to healing, and I will be here to guide and support you as you explore and discover your strengths, autonomy, and potential for growth.
